What does the Liability Limitation clause do?
This clause limits the liability arising from claims made by a party on the other arising from the contract, for example damage caused by those goods or services. There will be some types of claims that cannot be limited, such as personal injury or death. Certain types of economic loss are usually excluded from being recovered as well, such as loss of profit.
The value of the limitation can either be a figure or multiple of the contract value.
