When to use
- When parties want to have a discussion about future working relationship and both want to share information for example for a party to provide a quote, or enter into an agreement for services.
- It is not suitable for when only one party is sharing information or where the information is high value confidential information for example any intellectual property or trade secrets or when one party wants to specify how the recipient handles and keeps secure any confidential information for example kept separate from any other files.
- It may not be suitable where one party is a multi-national and there is an intention that some of the confidential information may cross borders or be shared with other group companies.
